How To Add New Destination at Send To - Right Click Menu

When transferring files to any drive/folder, in Windows, we normally use "Send to" option of right click menu. You can then send the file via Bluetooth, third-party services or other destinations.

However, some of these destinations that we are looking for are not on the send to option. So I'm writing the post for those, who are looking for customize there Send to option. Normally my send to option looks like bellow-

Now, if i need to send/copy this file to a folder named "ABCD" then I'll copy this and then paste it into Folder. But what will you do if you want to copy this file through Send to potion..??

To do this, follow the steps bellow-

1. Open Run Window
          - Press Ctrl + R  or
          - From start menu search for Run

2. Type shell:sendto Then Click Ok or press Enter (See Bellow:)

You will arrive at a folder. This is the Sendto folder where you can see the contents of Send to options. Now you can add your choice of destinations into this Sendto folder. To add, just drag-drop/copy-paste the location/folder (in this case ABCD) icon of the destination you want.

Its done. Now you will see your destination as been added, just right-click on any file and hover over ‘Send to’ (see bellow)-

In this way, you can insert as many destinations as needed under the ‘Send to’ option.
